<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Terms of Service</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&Aacute;hpi AS, Strandveien 90A, 9180 Skjerv&oslash;y, org. no. 934 934 660 MVA, operates a rental service where businesses and consumers can rent equipment for shared use by ordering online and collecting or returning items at a local shop, kiosk, or via home delivery. The service also includes a membership option for those who need equipment more frequently.</p>
<h4 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">1. General</h4>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">These terms apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from <button type="button" data-url="https://www.ahpi.no">www.ahpi.no </button> to businesses and consumers. Together with your order, they form the complete agreement for the purchase.</p>
<h4 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">2. Definition of Parties</h4>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The lessor or seller is &Aacute;hpi AS, hereafter referred to as &ldquo;we,&rdquo; &ldquo;us,&rdquo; &ldquo;lessor,&rdquo; or &ldquo;&Aacute;hpi AS.&rdquo; The lessee is the person listed as the lessee or buyer in the order, hereafter referred to as &ldquo;lessee,&rdquo; &ldquo;customer,&rdquo; &ldquo;you,&rdquo; or &ldquo;your.&rdquo; Rental items include tools, equipment, machines, and all other items available for rent on <button type="button" data-url="https://ahpi.no">ahpi.no. </button>. Delivery methods/service points refer to pick-up or drop-off at a store, kiosk, or via home delivery.</p>
<h4 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">3. Payment, Deposit, and Pricing</h4>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Payment is made online via Visa or Mastercard through our payment provider DIBS, which meets the highest security standards. Payment is due upon ordering, at which point the rental agreement is considered binding. &Aacute;hpi AS reserves a deposit amount as stated on the order receipt. This deposit protects the company in case of late returns, damage, or non-return of equipment. The deposit amount varies depending on the rented item and is shown in your order confirmation. &Aacute;hpi AS may use the deposit to cover rental fees, damages, or other costs as outlined in section 5. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. The total cost will be shown before ordering and include all associated fees. If &Aacute;hpi AS has made a significant pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to change, delete, or reject orders&mdash;even after confirmation&mdash;provided the customer is informed within a reasonable time.</p>
<h4 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">4. Condition of Rental Items</h4>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&Aacute;hpi AS commits to delivering high-quality, operational rental items. We have routines for inspecting and maintaining items before and after rental. You are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period unless caused by technical faults. You must inspect the item before use and contact &Aacute;hpi AS if it is not in expected condition.</p>
<h4 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">5. Damages</h4>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All damages, faults, or incidents must be reported immediately to &Aacute;hpi AS at sandra@boreal-group.no. This includes theft. If damage results from misuse, negligence, or intentional actions, &Aacute;hpi AS may use the deposit and charge additional fees to cover repair or replacement costs. We strive to provide helpful usage tips but are not liable for execution or direct/indirect damages resulting from use, delays, or faults.</p>
<h4 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">6. Use of Rental Items</h4>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Sauna use is at your own risk and must follow safety guidelines. Boat trip participants must follow crew instructions throughout the journey. The lessee is responsible for safe and respectful use of all services&mdash;accommodation, sauna, and boat trips. Smoking, excessive noise, and littering are prohibited on our premises and vessels.</p>
<h4 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">7. Accessories</h4>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Additional items (e.g., towels, meals, fishing gear, sauna kits) must be ordered separately unless included in the selected package. The website clearly states what is included. For unused accessories, the right of withdrawal applies (see section 12).</p>
<h4 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">8. Lessee&rsquo;s Rights and Obligations</h4>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The lessee must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate personal details when creating an account. &Aacute;hpi AS sends notifications to the provided email, address, or phone number, which are considered received upon dispatch. The account is personal. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify &Aacute;hpi AS immediately. &Aacute;hpi AS may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if terms are violated. These rental terms must be accepted before ordering. The lessee must return items before the agreed date/time and via the agreed method. &Aacute;hpi AS is authorized to charge the payment card for unused rentals or damages. Late check-in/check-out, missed boat or sauna bookings may incur fees unless otherwise agreed. &Aacute;hpi AS reserves the right to charge for damages, no-shows, extra cleaning, or unreturned items. Significant delays may result in additional charges equivalent to one extra booking plus a NOK 300 fee.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">9. Order Changes</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">To change an order, &Aacute;hpi AS must be contacted. Changes are not valid until confirmed in writing by us, to ensure the availability of rental items. Unless otherwise agreed and confirmed, the item must be returned at the agreed time. Rental extensions may be arranged before or during the rental period by adjusting the start or end date. Changes or cancellations that affect availability for other users may incur a <strong>change fee of NOK 300</strong> to cover rebooking costs. All fees will be disclosed to the lessee before confirming the order or change.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">10. Delivery and Return</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Delivery and return must occur in the manner, place, and time stated in the order confirmation, also visible under &ldquo;My Page.&rdquo; We are responsible for the product until it is in your possession. To collect the item, you must present your booking reference, and the name on the reservation must match your ID. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as we are aware, including when delivery may occur or if the item is sold out or unavailable. You are responsible for the item until it is returned to us or our service points. We inspect the item&rsquo;s condition and completeness upon return. If returned in proper condition, the deposit reservation will be released from your payment card.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">11. Membership</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Membership provides access to discounted prices and other benefits. Both individuals and businesses may join, but the registered person is the legal party. Membership renews automatically until canceled by the lessee via their account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">12. Right of Withdrawal</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The <strong>Right of Withdrawal Act</strong> allows you to cancel purchases of goods (not rentals). You must notify us within <strong>14 days</strong> of receiving the item. See <button type="button" data-url="https://lovdata.no/dokument/NL/lov/2014-06-20-27">the law here</button>. To use the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity. If the item is used or tested beyond what&rsquo;s necessary to determine its nature and function, and this reduces its value, we may deduct an amount from the refund. Examples: using a dust mask, sawing with a blade, or drilling with a bit voids the right of withdrawal. Return the product in its original packaging, ideally in the same box used for rental returns. Include the withdrawal form. If sent by post or other methods, you are responsible until it reaches us. Use suitable packaging and contact us before sending.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">13. Intellectual Property</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The content and service are protected under copyright law. Images are used with permission from rights holders. YouTube videos are links to third-party services outside &Aacute;hpi AS&rsquo;s control.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">14. Privacy</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&Aacute;hpi AS securely stores your personal data to fulfill obligations under the rental agreement. This includes name, address, phone number, email, and order history, retained for accounting and legal purposes. All stored data is accessible via &ldquo;My Account.&rdquo; You may request deletion of your data by contacting &Aacute;hpi AS directly. Your payment card is stored as long as you have an active order, handled securely by DIBS. &Aacute;hpi AS does not store card details. We use cookies to recognize users and improve service quality. Usage data is collected to enhance the experience. More details are available under the privacy section of our help menu.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">15. Governing Law</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">These terms are governed by Norwegian law. The agreed legal venue is Oslo District Court.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">16. Changes</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&Aacute;hpi AS reserves the right to update or replace these terms at any time. Current terms are always available at <button type="button" data-url="https://ahpi.no">ahpi.no. </button>. If changes significantly affect your rights or obligations, they will be published on the website <strong>30 days before taking effect</strong>. By continuing to use the service after changes are published, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may not use the service.</p>
